Ronald Ssenfuka
Execuive Director
Has MA in project planning and Management and 10 years of experience serving in senior leadership positions for different organization. Has a Post Graduate Diploma in M&E, practical MEL and HIV prevention and response experience, SRH programming. He has worked with national and international Organizations and implemented projects with funding from European Union, International Labour Organization, UNHCR, USAID, UNICEF, Independent Development Fund, Bureau of population and Migration (BPRM), Barcelona Foundation, UN Women, Action AID, Reproductive Health Uganda, Save the Children, Office of Prime Minister, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development among others.

Experienced in proposal writing (Project development), Budget and grants management, Administration and logistics management, partnership creation and development, project management and coordination, Training and Capacity building of staff, corporate strategic management, child protection and Human Rights Advocacy, Rights Based Approach to programming, report writing and project information utilization, Monitoring, Evaluation and Social research.
Agnes Kaleeta
Project Officer
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and counseling – Career development, Counseling skills in Human Sexuality and Marital Counseling, Growth and Development, Psychometric assessment, Psychology of Learning, Adult Psychology, Counseling the aged, Counseling workshops ,HIV Counseling and Testing, Bereavement Counseling, research methods, communication skills, human resource management, peace building and conflict Resolution, environmental management and sustainable development, population and development, rural development, and Personal Finance Management – Kyambogo University (KYU). Ha experience of USAID RHITES, CSF and Independent Development Fund, Child Rights and Violence Prevention Fund.
Diana Ankunda
MEL Manager
A Demographer/ Population Scientist/ Social worker and an author with a published journal article in International Journal of Community Medicine and Public Health. Professional background in Demography, Statistics, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Gender Studies, Population and Reproductive Health. Has also worked as a research assistant at Makerere University School of Statistics and Planning, Apata Insights, Laterite and Field Officer at CHO (Community Hive Organization). She is also the current Project Coordinator of Lango Sub region at JFCU (Joy For Children Uganda). Her areas of interest include; Health related studies especially HIV/AIDS, Sexuality and Health (Reproductive Health) of women and adolescent girls, Fertility, Gender and Family Planning. For over five years, she has worked with communities to improve the lively hood of older person’s and OVC’s (Orphans and Vulnerable Children) and is passionate on ending Teenage pregnancy including any form of violence against children and women.
